Returns & Refunds

We want you to love everything you order from AH Supply. If something isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy — you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging, with any tags or labels attached.
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that can't be returned
- Gift cards.
- Final-sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout).
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items damaged through normal wear or misuse after delivery.
How to start a return
It's simple:
- Email us at contact@ahsupply.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a tracked service.
Please don't send items back before contacting us — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Return shipping costs
If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you're responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to our error — a wrong, defective, or damaged item — we'll cover the return shipping and send a prepaid label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. If you'd like help with an exchange, just email us and we'll make it easy.
Damaged or defective items
We carefully inspect and pack every order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email contact@ahsupply.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away — no need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card company, as processing times vary. If you've done that and still haven't received it, contact us at contact@ahsupply.co and we'll sort it out.
